With over 20 years of HVAC experience, Clyde Lawrence made a bold step to start his own business. In July 1991, Lawrence Heating & Cooling, Inc was born. Over the years Clyde and Debbie Lawrence have made different strategic steps to make Lawrence Heating & Cooling, Inc. one of the premiere HVAC contacts in Rockingham County. By purchasing the old Spray Post Office at 103 Morgan Road in Eden, we were able to give ourselves a highly visible location that was familiar to the community.

In 2014, when Clyde decided to retire, his sone Chance, was prepared to take over the family business. That enabled us to guarantee our customers many more years of the service that they had comet o expect.

Our install crew, with their experience and dependability, has a proven track record of quality installation that exceed state requirement With a service department that is prepared to repair your 30 year old gas furnace or a state of the art heat pump with all of the accessories, we are able to meet all of your needs, and expectations.
